THE AMSTERDAMS (RO) indie electro pop-rock

The Amsterdams are a Romanian indie/electro outfit formed in Bucharest, 2006, fueled by their passion for the fresh, authentic new musical wave coming out of the alternative scene.
The Amsterdams’ gigs are bursts of energy with their stage dynamics permanently changing ( the band members constantly switch instruments ).
Their ease of improvisation, along with the deep lyrical meaning, offers the  audience an experience full of optimism and hints of nostalgia.
The band released two albums, Adolessons (2009) and Electromagnetica (2011), under their own indie label (Post Pop Records), the latter being mastered by Harris Newman (Crystal Castles, Arcade Fire) and featuring Dan Boeckner (Wolf Parade, Handsome Furs) on one song.

MARY’S FLOWER SUPERHEAD (GR) indie pop-rock, post punk

Mary’s Flower Superhead were formed in the summer of 2003. Three friends from Thessaloniki-Greece shared their passion for independent music and got in the studio to feel how it is to produce music and express themselves through sound. They have released so far two LPs, Mary’s Flower Superhead (2006 – Polytropon Records) and SWAY (2010 – Archangel Records). Their new EP ‘Digesting The Animal’ is finally released! (June 2012 – Independent release).
