This year the festival will take place in Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Iasi, Timisoara, Sibiu and Oradea between 1 and 10 November.

This 17th edition will be devoted to the promotion and dissemination of the young French creation through a competition first and second films, works that have little or no access to traditional operating system and why festivals are a window significant exposure in France and abroad. Other non-competitive sections will complete the selection. A public vote will be held in partnership with TV5 Monde. This is indeed the first time that the French Film Festival awards a prize: the Audience Award TV5 Monde.
